Trek to Mooru kannu gudda and Bale kallu

Trek to Mooru kannu gudda and Balekallu

It was my long term wish to trek in the Sakaleshpura region, the Western Ghats of India, I was always mesmerized by its lush green scenic beauty. whenever I travel on the road or train in this region, I could see some view of lush green grasslands as an great quality green colour Kashmir carpets and the clouds moving slowly over it . It was my day to stand (in fact sleep) on that grasslands the July 19th 2014.
It was trek organized by the Adventure club of my company, it was well planned and everything was taken care by Aventura India, thanks a ton for them.
I got a mail regarding the trek and I just registered without thinking who else is coming with me , I thought it will be completely different experience to go with an 80+ unknowns ,

Our journey started in two buses one from Whitefield and the other from the electronic city, when I entered the L-center office , I could see people standing in groups and making fun of each other taking loud in joy, but I didn’t know anyone , just parked my bike in parking and entered the reception ,again people were sitting in groups and chitchatting for that moment I thought I shouldn’t have registered without my friends .so, I just went and kept my rucksack bag near one chair and sat on the chair took out the magazine’s which were lying in front and started glazing through the pictures :P but was still  think should I go for this , will it the be the same for 2 days they all have the gang or group, I should go all alone ,for that moment I again cursed one of my character of not mingling with others very soon, or go and start a chat with other , might it be less known or unknown.
The moments were passing, my eyes were just searching for a friend or a known person,  the two guys were sitting behind I just stood up and started looking others I thought  of talking to them but still I couldn’t start the talk , cursed myself again . but a guy said “hai” , I just wanted that start I replied saying “hello”, then we had brief introduction , by that I came to know they do work in the same building in 3rd floor and I work at 9th , we three had some quite a chat about project our roles and technologies . In just few minutes i found the friends and was happy and ready to board the bus.

We there boarded the buses , they both sat together on the left seats , now again I was in trouble where to sit , all others  were busy in reserving the seats for their friends . I just found a person sitting silently alone, I went and just asked is it reserved for some or can i sit, he replied it’s all yours u can sit, then there was brief introduction, he said he was 10+ years of experience, and our age doesn’t support trek so most my friends refused to join, but as I haven’t done it in my younger age I still wanted give it a try at least now or else it will never be possible in future.
So, finally the journey began from Whitefield and I found 3 new friends. J J

We reached SJM towers where we joined the other bus which came from electronic city, we had small formal pooja started towards the sakaleshpur.

There was a bit of introduction about every one, then little fun, As it was a Friday night , everybody was tired so they fall asleep in no time , and when I woke up and peep through the window it was already morning and raining heavily then just had a look around everyone was still enjoying their sleep. After few minutes the bus stopped then they announced bus can’t go any further, we should go to resort by walk or we shd wait for jeeps, we got jeep from the resort, in which we dumped all our baggage’s and started walking in the rain, after around one Kilometer of walking we reached the Resort called “Wild Wagtail” which is our base camp too.

The resort was just awesome, which was built on the bank of stream there were 3 to 4 building in which one was the kitchen and dining, another two was rooms to retire and other was a common bathrooms, There was already the campfire, so people just started to sitting around chatting then we got the some instructions that all girls can take the rooms in the resort and for boys there were tents at 3 different places we went and settled in tents along with the two persons who I met already.

Then when I went back for the breakfast I could see many known faces and only one very well known because she is very good friend of mine from first day of engineering, As they boarded the bus in E city i was unable to meet them till then, we just had little formal chat while having breakfast and rhen we palyed few games in the rain itself like volleyball, badminton and bow n arrow. The trek organizers started giving instructions about the trek, what to do and what not to do in certain circumstances.

After the briefing from the organizers, we started our trek carrying packed lunch for the afternoon. As we just started walking a few steps the rain drenched us completely, so we thought wearing a rain coat/jacket is of no use and marched forward by crossing a slow flowing stream , it was formed due to heavy rain so water was muddy . We just followed the guide because we don’t even know on which direction the peaks are; as it’s raining heavily they stood covered.

As we move forward we saw some houses and their Areca nut plantations, then we started climbing the peak but we could not visualize how the peak looks, just we went conquering little heights and its beauty.

After conquering the some height’s, till where the jeep trails were there they asked us follow one by one .There was not route we just need to follow the in front person and was slippery too due to small pebbles .finally we reached a an leveled grassland place. where we waited for the rest to join us. We don’t just stand quite right we started take some pic’s , group pic, Selfie,DP’s

Then we marched straight towards the peak and finally we conquered it, but unable to beautiful view as was complete covered by fog and raining heavily.
Below is the pic at the top.

After taking some pics we started our journey towards Balekallu Peak. The most difficult and risk this was getting down from the peak , as the wind was breezing heavily it was not allowing us to stand if , if we stood up it would take us with it, so we made a chain by holding each other’s hand and getting down when gets little slower.
The way to balekallu was bit tougher and risk some still we need someone’s hand to move forward. On the way small streams were flowing, it was just awesome to cross those stream but couldn’t stand longer on the stream due to the fear of leaches, but  still the leeches were less than expected .

We had the packed lunch standing and still rain was drizzling, so I think few drops of rain was also there in our food :P

After lunch we started to climb the other peak which is the view point of balekallu ,it was bit sloppy and it was raining heavily still we managed to conquer the peak, but noting was visible from the view point due to the heavy rains and then we started descending the peak, guide said we would get a small check dam on the way so everyone was excited to play in water even in that heavy rain.
After walking for anhour we reached the checkdam it was just dam awesome.

Then after playing in the water we returned back to the resort, we were so lucky that we hot bhajji’s after drenching for nearly 10 hours in rain. We had some cool dances  around the fire had lunch and went to bed in our tents.

Life after TCS ILP

Well its been almost a year from my previous blog , this shows how my life has been in this one year . today is Feb 4 of 2014  , exactly this day an year back (4-2-2013) boarded a bus at 5am to bangalore from tumkur thinking that here onwards Bangalore will be my home town. It was just an hour and half a journey from my home town to bangalore ,4 to 5 of my friends accompanied me  .
TCS Bench :
We have heard a long stories about the bench in TCS-Bangalore  in fact they are facts , bench period will range from 3 to 12 months or more than that , no need to go to daily to office, just  its enough to turn up a day in a week in front of RMG ,it’s a piad holidays blah blah …..
But, for me its wasn’t the same ,just took the bus with of my friend from majestic to vydehi building whitefield where we were supposed to report to the RMG   , when the bus stopped in vyedhi bus stop the ticket collector asked us to get down , as we have requested him to inform us when we reach vydehi bus stop. As we stood in that bus stop we are able to see to building’s of TCS , we were confused which one would be Vydehi, first we went to the one which was in front of us , we asked the security guard , he said its Abhilasha building  ,go down the road and take left for vydehi, once we entered vydehi  the waiting place was already fullwith trainees , the RMG guys just note down our contact info and asked us to leave . then we returned to tumkur .
The next day we received our ratings and mail regarding the induction program in Pioneer building ITPL, we came early in the morning and induction went on till night, then after 2days received a mail for the telecom RMG as there is requirement for the Dotnet trainees in BT  9th floor pioneer building , just went and reported there , they took  the interview and said we require only 2 of you we will let u know by this evening thourgh a call or a mail, so I kept checking the mails ,I didn’t received the mail from the person who interviewed me , but got an email from the other person asking me attend the interview again tomorrow , I went and attended the interview again, then by the evening while I was returning back to my home town, received an email as confirmation of trainees for the BT Bangalore .There ends my very short story of Bench in TCS Bangalore .

First Day @ TCS ILP

First Day @ TCS ILP
On 5th nov 2012, we were asked to report to the Q-City ilp center , Hyderabad at 8 am. The busses will be there from our Manjeera to  Q-city from morning 6 am to 8.45 .we woke up at 4.30  , get dressed and left for Q-city at 6 am itself.
This time the format of the ilp has been changed, The ilp will be running in two shifts i, e  first shift is from morning 7am-2pm and second shift is from  2.30 pm to 10pm . There will be 4 sessions each 1hr.45mins or 2 hrs and they will be named as –A A B and C . there will persons called co-ordinator who are like guardians to us . The streams will be allocated purely based on the requirement , in our batch there is no UNIX and BIPM stream itself , we have a new stream called java testing.

As soon as we entered the Qcity there are two blocks A & B ,  directly we went to the  7th floor of the B block, both the 7th and 8th floor has been undertaken by TCS  and there are many others companies like amazon.com  , infromatics , dst etc
As we got out of the list there was a long queue, I was wondering why but it was just for the scanning of the bag, after scanning the bag we were directed towards the Auditorium , the interior design of the ILP  centre  is awesome , really it is so good . as we reached auditorium we were asked enter our details and provided the temporary ID card, and sent back to ground floor to have break fast
The Cafeteria is at the ground floor of the q city, really it’s the vast cafeteria but sometimes it can’t fit all the employees in it. So the companies have designed there schedule to control the crowd over there , there are almost 3 food suppliers , Subway , one Fresh n juice and two bakery’s in the cafeteria .
We were back at the auditorium by 8 am , at first the attendance was taken in an excel sheet then the batches were formed as a group of thirty  according to serial no in that spread , we were to rearrange our seating order according to our batches . Then the HR lead Edwards welcomed us in sweet n short and handed over mike to the delivery manager Aravind , so then aravind started introducing him , his company , oh sorry it was our company by then  , Then we had a small break , the next session was continued by the Jayashree , who is centre head of ilp, and while aravind speaking earlier he mentioned about the hobby of designing their own dress and said even our centre head has that hobby, and she personally took care of the designing this beautiful centre . jayashree talked about the values and something related to the philosophy.
It was almost 2 pm we were given the lunch break , as we came back the most senior person Keshava Swamy , who is the centre head of the Trivandrum ilp addressed us , he talked about  why he joined tcs , why should we join tcs , why is tcs is still in # 1 position and incteasing the gap exponentially with the #2.
Then  there was the documents verification , followed by the issue of the TCS ID cards , the trainees who’s photos were not accepted we asked go to the photo centre for the snap , and they their id cards on the next day morning.
The day very long  , we had our dinner at the cafeteria , the busses to manjeera were waiting outside and came back to manjeera at almost  10 , the first day ended there with a great sleep

My Experience @ TCS , Hyderabad

My  Experience @ TCS , Hyderabad

My DOJ was on Nov 5th 2012 , we were asked to report at the Q-city ilp centre ,Hyderabad .with all the lot of preparations such as documents , packing etc decided to leave to Hyderabad on 2nd itself  i.e 2 days prior to the ilp.
I travelled from tumkur to yeshvanthpur in train, then caught up the prashanthi nilayam express for Hyderabad leaving behind a lot of feeling for my parents who were waving their hands towards us helplessly. I was accompanied by almost 40 to 50 other trainees from our college n even some were accompanied by their parents too.
As the train started moving we started to set out for our journey .  some of the girls from the CS started playing the Dumb Charades , boys started chatting about theit preparations. Then the journey continued with addition of some of my friends an different stations. The journey included the girls most favorite time pass activity so called “ANTHYAKSARI” along with the rearest thing like poem recitation by aravind, then it continued with many small naps .
It was already morning 5 when we reached the kacheguda station at Hyderabad , then there was some round standing conference on the issue of “HOW TO REACH THE GIVEN ACCOMODATION , the MANJEERA DIAMOND TOWERS” which were almost 25kms  far. Some came to conclusion that taking the local MMTS train to reach the lingampally railway station , and from there they can catch some of the auto or taxi to the Manjeera, and some others decided to take the taxi directly from the kacheguda to manjeera, Then for the surprise both the groups travelled in the train without knowing each other. Then every one took the autos to reach Manjeera .

Images of 3BHK flat at manjeera .

When we reached these Manjeera Diamond Towers , we were asked to take out the joining letters and the ID proof  for the registration .In mean time everyone was busy in gathering there roommates n flat mates. I got an offer from one of my friend girish of EEE to accompaine them along with naveen of ECE and abhi of EEE.

Then were escorted to our flat , which was a 3BHK flat, all the flats in the manjeera are 3bhk falts , which will be shared by 6 trainees as 2 per room. Our flat was H-104 which was already occupied by 2 guys of the previous batch from UVCE Bangalore .as soon as we dumped our things we moved out to have the breakfast which already late , it was almost 12 pm.

There are no good breakfast centers over there , there are only two to three temporary sheds built with the coconut leaves which are serving as food center at the place.
The next day was the Sunday we decided to go on shopping at Ameerpet , after shopping had the finest Hyderabadi Dum Biriyani at Paradise hotel at punjagutta, which is commonly called as paradise biriyani .
We were back at almost 9pm to room and started arranging the documents for the tomorrow’s FIRST DAY @ TCS…

Tcs Ilp Hyderabad Accommodation Guide To Reach Destination..

Well I’m writing this blog to help out the many new TCS trainees who have got hyderabad as their ILP center.
The trainees will be provided the accommodation at Manjeera Diamond Towers , gopannapally.
The best way to reach out the Manjeera from railway station is through the taxi as u won’t find direct buses to the manjeera and the other means is by the local train ,so called MMTS trains.. u can reach out lingampally railway station and can get the auto’s to reach Manjeera. In bus u  can come BHEL circle n then again take auto to Manjeera .There will be many sharing auto’s from lingampally to manjeera.

EEGA movie

             THE EEGA MOVIE
The most  expected movie of S S RAJA MOULI  “ eega “ released today. Staring Kiccha sudeep . Nani and Samantha in a main role, but the fact after watching the movie is an EEGA an Housefly plays the main role in the movie..
The way Raja mouli started telling the story was very beautiful, and the appearance of KICCHA , really got a loud Vishils in Karnataka. Sudeep played the main Negative role in the movie rest is handled by the EEga , nani n Samantha has done their job, but only KIchha n Eega played throught the movie.
The every scene the every minute makes you think about Raja mouli and his creation, Hats off to vijayendra Prasad for the new story in the telugu movie industry.
This is an perfect example for all , how an film can be made without all other tricks such as
NO star actor…
No glamour( Well call it expose )..
No slang or vulgar language …
The story is very simple Nani n Samantha are lovers , sudeep kills nani for Samantha  and nani rebirths as an fly n kills sudeep, but the main thing over here is how does an Housefly kill and human. If it was a movie done by any  others  just that fly posses super natural powers  and kills the kiccha.
BUT. Its an Raja mouli’s film.. fly is just like any other flies around us and you can’t even guess wats the next frame in the movie, each n every guess you keep doing in mind ( if you are very creative) will go wrong or you can’t even guess those frames. But here you can see wats the Rajamouli’s  creation is..
And one more thing is when you guys getup and starts to move  your butts after the movie again the rajamouli makes the tricks bring back the idiots who have stepped out really “ EACH N VERY PERSON IN THE MOVIE WATCHES THE LAST 3 MINUTES BY STANDING WHERE THEY ARE”
Finally . a good movie and must watch

MY LIFE @ SRI SIDDHARTHA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY

MY LIFE @ SRI SIDDHARTHA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY

There is a great saying “The happiest hours seems us a second, every disgusted seconds seems to be an very long hours. Now ‘m at the end of my Engineering life , I don’t know how fast those 4 years were lapsed..
My Engineering College is SRI SIDDHARTHA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY situated in city of Tumkur in Karnataka state. Entering this college itself was a big drama... Scoring less marks  in PU ,then Scoring good marks in CET examination lead me take some seat in engineering . I opted INFORMATION SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING  branch  which I hate most and even the college was not of my like.
My SSIT is not bad and I can’t say it’s too good, but by entering the college I decided that my next college for PG should be atleast an NIT.

MY FIRST SEMISTER:

As I got admitted to the SSIT , they allotted be a B’sec in scholar building n the room no was 206 , the strange thing was I was only ISE guy in that sec , it was full with all mech boys n a single girl, other two cse guys also accompanied me, but 10 days latter, I was sent back to C sec which was an ISE Sec of room no 205,
First day at C sec I sat beside my PU friend kiran along with another local tumkur guy Sumanth, those both were fond of computer gaming( they even kept their college library card in a CD shop to get the game cd) , kiran was from cse ,so left the class, now me sumanth and found a common friend us called Shashi , a short n sweet guy.
1st sem was just the full of C programming, Mechanical, Electrical, physics and most importantly the labs like mechanical workshop, physics lab ccp .
Apart from that met very interesting characters. like aravind (talented but lazy guy) Raghu ram( dual personality) hemanth (rough n tough) n many others .but these lads made my small group.
Ended my 1st sem of engineering just by scratching my head who all suits me best, who will travel along with me throughout my life( at least engineering life)
Finally decided it would be me shashi, sumant, raghu  n hemanth.. but it took no time to prove that  some of my judgment was  wrong, in 2nd sem I was clear with my selection..
